The Streets to make 'one more' album
The lead singer of The Streets has said the band will make one final album after their next release.
Mike Skinner said: "I did a five-album deal and I don't think it would be right to be making Streets albums after that."
He added: "I always envisaged them as a box-set and I've got a vision for each of the albums. The next one will bring it back to the start in a way. It will be a lot more futuristic in terms of production but a lot more train-of-thought."
Skinner also rejected the idea of a comeback: "Maybe when I'm 40 and broke I might come back, but that all feels a bit pants."
The fourth Streets album, Everything Is Borrowed, is due out next month.
The rapper/producer shot to fame in the early 2000s with Fit But You Know It and Dry Your Eyes which debuted at the top of the UK chart in 2004.
In 2002 the Streets was nominated for best album, best urban act, best breakthrough act and best British male artist at the BRIT Awards.
